We have broad noodles often. They are a simple and easy side dish that goes well with many different dishes. In some ways I prefer them to spaghetti. Like any recipe I put on here you can modify it to things you like.
1 bag broad noodles
1/3 cup of butter
6 green onions split and chopped in 1 inch pieces
6 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Boil noodles to package directions, drain in a strainer. In the cooking pot add butter, garlic, green onions, and parsley, reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Return noodles to pot and mix, add cheese, salt and pepper, mix well and serve. We had them with meat ball stroganoff.
