Pizza Dough After 24 Hours

The pizza dough after 24 hours has consumed most of the yeast and has started to deflate. I should of taken a picture of it after 6 hours when it was stretching the plastic wrap. Since I hadn’t made it for so many years I had forgotten how much it grows in the first 6 hours. I should of used a bigger bowl, luckily I hadn’t stretched the plastic wrap tightly. Next time I will remember to use a much larger bowl. By tomorrow when I make the pizza the dough will be still about the same size as today. Nice thing about this dough is you don’t roll it out, you just spread it out with your hands. More on the dough tomorrow when I make pizza.
