Supper Was Our Old Friend, Tuna Noodle Casserole

660CAF0D-28E1-4E04-A11D-90396798D897I am breaking my rule of only having pasta once a week, my wife isn’t because she had chicken last night. It was her choice for supper tonight but I am ok with it because I really like pasta. Next week it will be back to the once a week. Sometimes breaking a rule isn’t that bad of a thing, at least that what I tell myself when I do. I don’t know who came up with the recipe but they need a thank-you. Everyone has their recipe for making it, mine, which is already a post, has came from making it often. Must be about 20 years since I have made any changes to it, because my wife won’t let me. I prefer it with actual mushrooms in it, my wife doesn’t. It doesn’t matter the exact recipe you use, make it with things you like. In these times you also make it with what you have. Normally I put sliced tomatoes on the top, didn’t have any, so no tomatoes this time. It was still really good and there are leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
