Ham Grilled Cheese

I had to make a run to the store this morning to pick up a few things I needed for supper tonight and tomorrow. Since I was there I figured I might as well get a little ham for lunch. So decided rather than just a ham sandwich it would be better to have a ham grilled cheese sandwich. Because I like different things used cheddar and mozzarella and grainy mustard. It was good and a quick lunch. Tonight is taco night, tomorrow and Friday I will be playing in the kitchen. Tomorrow pulling a recipe, I haven’t made for about 30 years, out of the parking lot. Good thing my memory is intact LOL. My wife asked me how I can remember everything in the recipes after so many years. Told her it’s the same way a singer remembers songs, you just do. So the next 2 days are going to be a lot of fun.
