Don’t throw the liquid from a can of black olives away. It can be used for your vegetables. You can use it when steaming or boiling them. It works well with broccoli, and cabbage. My favourite is using it with carrots, it adds a unique flavour to them. Just boil the carrots with the liquid, drain add some butter, and you end up with great carrots. It also works as part of the liquid for stew.

Yes it would work great for that. Now I will have to freeze it and make focaccia for my wife’s birthday, she likes Italian for her birthday.
