Meatball Day

Today is our day for making meatballs for our Christmas dinner. We always make lots so we can have them for our supper when we make them. The ones for Christmas we will freeze and then cook them in the sauce Christmas Day. Tonight will be sweet and sour meatballs with rice. That seems to have become a tradition on meatball day for every holiday. It’s funny, we both like meatballs but only seem to make them for holidays. Everyone has their own way of making meatballs and their favourite sauce. Over the years we have tried many different sauces including one that had grape jelly in it. This year we still haven’t decided on our sauce for Christmas. My wife keeps looking for different and unique sauces we can try. Hopefully she makes a decision soon on what I am cooking, I don’t want to be running to the store on the 24th. Had to do that a few times, not fun standing in line for 20 minutes with a jar of jelly. Time to start making our about 120 meatballs.

  1. With a smile not unlike those one in younger days I would get caught having *** twinkling eyes*** may the line be joyous! :D. Okay okay if only for the best sauce and just a little breather for the other oh sure! To joy freely the this season hope you’re laughing
