Ham Scraps and Eggs for Lunch

Had the last of our ham in the fridge, just the scraps of it really. Was going to put them in the stock bag with the bone in the freezer. Since it was just about lunch time I figured I might as well eat them. Just a simple lunch and a great way to use up those little pieces of ham that are always kicking around from roast ham. Nice part no work and ready in less than 10 minutes. Just my kind of lunch. No recipe because I think you can figure it out.
