Kubi Burgers

As I have stated I am not a hamburger fan. When I have to make them I don’t use pre made burgers. I just make my own, sometimes that has been 24. Sesame buns are something about burgers I don’t like either. I found a burger patty I actually like, its a garlic sausage burger. Local butcher shop makes them. They’re good wether bbqed or fried. Don’t use a bun for them, toasted rye bread works best. Add old cheddar, dill pickles, red onions, hot mustard and I have a burger that I actually enjoy eating. Since the temperature is going to be about 90 tomorrow it’s a great day for kubi burgers. If you can find them, buy them. Here in Winnipeg there made by Tenderloin Meat and Sausage.
