Chicken is something we eat way to often, feel that way because it isn’t a protein that I like that much.My wife prefers it to any other meat. Over the years I have marinated it with many different things just to try and jump up the flavour. The simplest way to marinate anything is with salad dressing. You can make your own or use the store bottled ones.
There is a little trick to getting the flavour into chicken pieces. Doesn’t matter if it’s legs, thighs, or breasts. Take 2 forks and start stabbing the pieces. The more you stab the pieces the better. Do both sides until you think you have just about destroyed the pieces. Put them in a large zip lock bag and pour the salad dressing over them and massage for about a minute. Chicken needs to be marinated for at least 12 hours. When your ready to cook them pat them dry with paper towel
