Garlic Mustard Pork Chop,

This recipe may sound a bit weird, but it’s actually really good. I really like mustard with pork so this seemed like a good idea to me. My mind set with food is that you should never be afraid to try anything. So this is my trying something and finding out it works. Will admit have made things that didn’t work and have never made them again.

Mustard, garlic, and pork always goes well together. Cooking pork chops this way keeps them moist.

2 bone in pork chops

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

4 cloves garlic minced

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

pepper (there is enough salt in the mustard)

1 and 1/2 tablespoons butter

Coat both sides of each chop with mustard, pepper the top side. In a preheated frying pan on medium heat add butter, when butter sizzles add chops peppered side down, cover and cook for 4 minutes. Pepper chops and turn over, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and parsley, cover and cook for 2 more minutes. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
