This is a simple recipe that gives you moist chops with a tasty glaze. I served it with fried rice, but you can serve it with anything you like. Stuffed baked potatoes and broccoli, french fries and salad works also.
4 loin chops 1 inch thick
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Glaze
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix the glaze together and let sit on the counter for 2 hours
Preheat a oven proof frying pan on medium heat. Brown chops on both sides, top each chop with glaze and bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. Serve with what you like.
